I think High Street could still do a winter brewfest...they just need a slightly larger tent, and sessions that are longer. Or simply do one 4 hour session, like most fests. The idea always sounds good, but they are usually very crowded and too many people are there just getting tanked. And you're right: 40 beers in less than 2 hours is just crazy.
