So glad you'be enjoyed the Beer Sting. I had a LOT of fun writing that recipe, trying to encapsulate what I thought a "bee sting" was. I'm very proud of the beer, as with most of the offerings we've pulled together. We actually just finished up with the brewfest in Media, PA, so I have a bunch of ideas swirling in my head. So glad you’be enjoyed the Beer Sting. I had a LOT of fun writing that recipe, trying to encapsulate what I thought a “bee sting” was. I’m very proud of the beer, as with most of the offerings we’ve pulled together. We actually just finished up with the brewfest in Media, PA, so I have a bunch of ideas swirling in my head. Insanely good!!! I mean I didn't know what to expect and it blew me away. The bar is set very high for the HD, K and DS..... I hope I didn't spoil those!!! Seriously the sweetness of the honey is offset perfectly with the edgy "Seeds of Paradise". I just like writing that so I'll say it again... "Seeds of Paradise". Sooooo Yummy. I had to wrestle it away from Kristen after I let her taste it..... Can't wait to taste the others..... Cheers, Drew Melissa,
