Hi Cindy! Stoudts is a great venue, and we actually got our decorating idea when we snuck in one weekend and saw set up for another wedding (by the way, if your daughter is looking for a hairdresser, look up Amber at Stoudtburg Village Salon. She’s wonderful!!!)

I would love to see any pictures you have from your wedding at Stoudt’s. My daughter is getting married their in Sept/2012 and would love to see wedding pictures using the site.

Thanks Brian! As for the cupcakes, I will be baking them, most likely in my future sister-in-law’s kitchen, with her help. Originally I was thinking of doing 3 different cupcake flavors (1 being a spice stout cake), but it was getting too complicated so I switched over to one recipe.

As the time gets nearer, I think I’ll share with our readers what the cupcakes will be, but until then my lips are sealed!

That’s awesome! As you’ll see at the end of chapter 1, I met Carol and some of her brood there in Stoudtburg Village. Sounds like the beeriest wedding of the century! Are those cupcakes going to be made at their on-site bakery, Eddie’s Breads?? With beer?
